My wife and I made the decision to sell our first home and as a first step in the process we had to find a Realtor. I started my research and developed a short list of agents based on local recommendations.  When I researched Tiffany Sharkey on line I was brought to her website where I found an extensive library of tips and tricks in selling a home.  I determined that if she was willing to put that much energy into helping the average web surfer, she will do even better for a client and I was right!
Tiffany gave us her proposal along with some market research during our initial meeting and Tiffany was truly a joy to be around.  It was obvious she knew her business and had the abundance of energy necessary to get the job done.   She was at no point pushy and her listing agreement terms were fair giving me generous flexibility if she was not able to produce, so I felt I could not  go wrong.  My wife and I agreed to hire Tiffany and Tonya and the marketing began immediately.
We were entering a tough market but Tiffany and Tonya were still producing showing after showing letting us know their marketing approach was effective and we hired the right people.  The timing of the market and the location of our home made finding the right buyer difficult, but Tiffany and Tonya produced over 70 showings in a short period of time which resulted in multiple offers one of which we accepted and closed on with zero hassles.
Tiffany and Tonya were energetic and friendly through out the entire process and truly provided an advisory role while letting my wife and I make the decisions.  We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

It is a simple task that most ignore, like most constituent parts of excellence......none of it is real complicated and yet so few execute on a day to day basis.

Tonya has provided my wife and me with outstanding service over the past three years. She came highly recommended to me from several of my co-workers who had used her in the past as we decided to purchase our first home 3 years ago. Tonya took the time to work with us and educate us on the entire home buying experience before we began so that we would be sure to avoid the common "first time home buyer" mistakes. Tonya always took the time to listen to our questions and address not only our question but also the underlying concern. She was always professional and her "approachable" personality made the whole process less intimidating. My wife and I were never hesitant to ask Tonya the difficult questions and we always felt comfortable and confident with her advice. Perhaps most importantly, was the fact that Tonya always made a point to listen to what we were looking for in a home and didn't try to make us accept anything differently. My wife and I both work full time but Tonya was very flexible with her schedule to accommodate us by showing us homes on week nights and even on the weekends!
Needless to say, my wife and I are very satisfied with Tonya and she will continue to be our realtor of choice in the future. In fact, we recently purchased our second home, which was a foreclosure, and Tonya did a phenomenal job educating us on the foreclosure process and helping us quickly purchase the new home as well as sell our existing home so that we never had a month with two mortgages. I would highly recommend Tonya to anyone in need of a realtor whether they are a first time home buyer or a veteran looking to purchase a foreclosed property or build the home of their dreams! Tonya has made our home buying experience an enjoyable one and we sincerely appreciate her professionalism and willingness to serve anyway she can.
